The present invention relates to benzothiazole monoazo dyes. Specifically, the present invention relates to a benzothiazole monoazo dye having a benzothiazole having a specific substituent as a diazo component and an aniline having a specific substituent as a coupling component. Recently, various new processing methods have been applied to polyester cloth, such as water-repellent processing, processing to improve texture, and sanitary processing. However, when these processes (generally referred to as "post-processing") are carried out, the pre-dyed dye bleeds, causing a problem in which various fastnesses, especially wet fastness, decrease. Conventionally, benzothiazole-based monoazo dyes include dyes represented by the following structural formulas (a) and (b) described in Japanese Patent Publications No. 44-30627 and No. 44-30628 (hereinafter referred to as known dyes (I)). ), known dyes (b))
It has been known. The present invention dyes polyester fibers or fabrics produced therefrom in red to purple, and the resulting dyed fabrics have wet fastness properties such as washing fastness, alkali sweat fastness, and water fastness after further processing. The purpose of this invention is to provide a benzothiazole monoazo dye with excellent properties. That is, the present invention is based on the general formula [] (In the formula, -X and -Y represent a chlorine atom or a bromine atom, -Z represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl group or an acylamino group, -R 1 represents an alkyl group, and -R 2 is substituted with a chlorine atom. The gist thereof is a benzothiazole-based monoazo dye represented by a phenyl group or a benzyl group, which may be a phenyl group or a benzyl group. The present invention will be explained in detail below. In the above general formula [], the alkyl group represented by -R 1 includes methyl group, ethyl group and
Examples include C 3 to C 8 linear or branched alkyl groups, preferably C 1 to C 4 linear alkyl groups, and the acylamino group represented by -Z includes an acetylamino group, Examples include a propionylamino group, a chloroacetylamino group, and a chloropropioamino group. The benzotizole-based monoazo dye represented by the general formula [] shown above has the following general formula [] (wherein -X and -Y are the same as defined above) is diazotized to form the following general formula [] (In the formula, -R 1 , -R 2 and -Z are the same as defined above)
It can be produced by coupling with an aniline represented by: Examples of fibers that can be dyed with the dye of the present invention include polyester fibers made of polyethyl terephthalate, polycondensates of terephthalic acid and 1,4-bis-(hydroxymethyl)cyclohexane, and fabrics produced therefrom. can be mentioned. Also included are blended products and blended woven products of natural fibers such as cotton, silk, and wool, acetate fibers such as diacetate fibers and triacetate fibers, and the above-mentioned polyester fibers. In order to dye polyester fibers etc. using the dye of the present invention, since the dye represented by the general formula [] shown above is insoluble or sparingly soluble in water, a dyeing bath dispersed in an aqueous medium is used by a conventional method. Also, the printing paste may be adjusted and immersion dyeing or printing may be performed. For example, in the case of dip dyeing, if ordinary dyeing methods such as high-temperature dyeing, carrier dyeing, and thermosol dyeing are applied, polyester fibers or their blends have excellent fastness, especially wet fastness after post-processing. It can be dyed with different colors. When dyeing, better results may be obtained by adding acidic substances such as formic acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid, or ammonium sulfate to the dyeing bath. Furthermore, the dye represented by the general formula [] used in the method of the present invention may be used in combination with dyes of the same type or dyes of other systems, and among these, the dyes represented by the general formula [] can be used in combination with each other. Depending on the combination, good results such as improved dyeability may be obtained. Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples. Example 1 Structural formula below 0.5g of the dye shown in naphthalenesulfonic acid
100 g of polyester cloth was immersed in a dyeing bath containing 1 g of formaldehyde condensate and 2 g of higher alcohol sulfate ester dispersed in water, and was dyed at 130°C.
After dyeing for 60 minutes, soaping, washing and drying resulted in a bright red dyed fabric. The obtained dyed fabric was then further processed in the following manner. The wet fastness of the dyed fabric after further processing was good. [Post-processing method (polyurethane processing method)] After immersing in a solution of 1 g of Hydran F-24K (trade name, manufactured by Dainippon Ink Chemical Co., Ltd., polyurethane), it was squeezed with a mangle pressure of 3 kg/cm 2 and heated to 100°C for 2 hours. Intermediate drying was performed for 1 minute, and further drying was performed at 160°C for 2 minutes. The dye used in this example was produced as follows. Dissolve 2.2 g of 2-amino-4,6-dichlorobenzothiazole in 30 g of concentrated sulfuric acid, add 5 g of 43% nitrosyl sulfuric acid, and then dissolve 20 g of water at 0-3°C.
was added to produce a diazo liquid. Then 5% sulfuric acid
Dissolve 2.9 g of N-ethyl-N-chlorobenzyloxyethylaniline in 50 ml, add the resulting diazo solution to this solution at 0 to 2°C, continue stirring at the same temperature for 2 hours, and then dissolve 25% Aqueous caustic soda solution was added to adjust the pH to 3. The precipitated compound was removed, washed with water and dried to obtain the dye of Example 1 represented by the above structural formula. The maximum absorption wavelength, λmax (acetone) of this product was 536 nm. Example 2 A polyester fabric was dyed using the dyes shown in Table 1 below in the same manner as in Example 1 to obtain dyed fabrics having the colors shown in the table. The obtained dyed fabrics were then further processed according to the method of Example 1, and the wet fastness of the dyed fabrics after the post-processing was good in all cases.

[Table] Comparative Example 1 A post-processed dyed fabric was obtained using the dyes shown in Table 2 below and according to the method of Example 1.
