A retardant treatment is applied to the surface of an unhardened block formed by vibratory press molding to delay the cement hardening reaction on the surface, and after the cement other than the surface hardens, the unhardened cement mixture on the surface is removed and used as aggregate. This relates to a device that exposes and finishes.

た。BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, uncured concrete mixture on the surface of blocks has been removed and cleaned by manual or electric wet brushing using wire brushes, synthetic resin brushes, animal or vegetable fiber brushes. In addition to this wet brushing, the unhardened cement mixture has also been removed by treating the block surface with an inorganic acid such as hydrochloric acid or by applying a high-pressure water jet treatment.

There was a problem that the brush was not effective as it caused a lot of damage. Inorganic acid treatment has health and safety problems such as the generation of harmful gases and the scattering of cleaning fluids. There is always a part of the surface of a delayed-treated block very close to the surface where the retardation effect is small, but if you try to completely wash away that part with high-pressure water jet treatment, it will be difficult to wash away other parts where the retardation effect is sufficient. The problem was that the water pressure and volume were excessive, resulting in a lot of waste and being extremely uneconomical.

This uncured surface is placed on a device such as a conveyor that conveys the material on the same plane at a constant speed. On the inlet side of the conveying device, the brushing device supplies a certain amount of water while rotating a synthetic resin brush containing annular abrasive grains, which has bristles on one side of a rotating disc, at a relatively slow circumferential speed so as to come into contact with the surface of the block. Wash away the cement mixture from the very surface layer of the delayed cement treatment. Due to variations in drying conditions during the curing period, there are some areas on the surface of the block where the retardation effect is small, but brushing washes away thin areas very close to the surface layer regardless of the retardation effect, but high-pressure water has a retardation effect. It is not possible to easily wash away areas with a small amount of This brushing cleaning uses a combination of contact with the extremely thin part of the block, relatively slow circumferential speed, and a synthetic resin brush containing abrasive grains.
Brush consumption is extremely low.

As a result, effective brushing can be achieved with a smaller amount of water. Immediately after this brushing process, the thin part of the concrete block that is very close to the surface of the concrete block has been washed away. Immediately after this process, a cleaning device that sprays high-pressure water washes away all the unhardened cement mixture that has not been washed away, exposing the aggregate. The quality of the finish is stable.

Since the cleaning power is inversely proportional to the spray distance from the tip of the spray nozzle to the block, multiple nozzles are installed on a high-pressure head to ensure a fixed spray distance and block cleaning width. If the above devices are controlled in conjunction with each other, it will become an economical and highly productive automation device for exposed aggregate finishing.

美しい外観を持つ。As shown in FIG. 6, by attaching four flat nozzles 21 per block width of 60 cm to a horizontally extending high-pressure water head 20, the entire block width can be uniformly cleaned. In FIG. 1, the conveyor 3 travels in the direction of the arrow at a speed of 2 m/min. When a concrete block 30 treated with a retardant is placed at the entrance with the treated side facing up, the unwashed surface 31 is first subjected to wet brushing by the brushing device 1. The entire supply of water passes through the water supply channel 13 of the rotary tube 12 and reaches the centrifugal plate 14, where it is evenly supplied to the brush 11 through the gap 15 by centrifugal force, so that effective brushing can be performed with a small amount of water. Since the brush 11 contacts a very thin portion of the block surface and rotates at a relatively slow circumferential speed, the amount of brush wear is small. By this brushing, the surface of the concrete block becomes a brush surface 32 in which a portion very close to the surface layer is washed away regardless of the delay effect. This brushed surface 32 is subsequently subjected to a high-pressure water jet treatment by the cleaning device 2, which results in a finished surface 33 from which the uncured cement mixture has been washed away. The uncured cement mixture can be easily removed by high-pressure water jetting.
High-pressure injection equipment can be used with relatively low water pressures and low discharge volumes. The finished surface 33 has a beautiful appearance with seed stones embossed on the surface.

By rinsing out the hardened cement mixture, we only take advantage of the strengths of each treatment, resulting in much longer brush life compared to traditional wet brushing treatments alone, and compared to high-pressure water jet treatments alone. Since the pressure of high-pressure water is low and the amount of water is small, it has the excellent effect of significantly reducing equipment costs and maintenance costs.
