Claims (1)
- レーザ光線を用いて被測定品表面よりの反射に
より変位を測定する非接触変位計を携帯式フレー
ムに取付けられたスライダーに固定し、Ｃ．Ｐ．
Ｕでコントロールすることをスライダー移動用信
号、移動量および非接触測定の変位量をリアルタ
イムで入出力し、表面うねり量を断面曲線に変換
し出力することを特徴とする平滑度測定装置。
