- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 負荷抵抗の電圧を入力するオペアンプ１と、そ
の負荷抵抗電圧に対し定電流を出力するための電
位差を作るオペアンプ２と、 以上２つのオペアンプに基準電圧を与えるオペ
アンプ３とから構成される定電流回路において、 前記オペアンプ２の出力に大きな負荷抵抗電圧
が発生した場合にその電位差をなくす定電圧ダイ
オードを設けたことを特徴とする定電流回路。
