本案は、各種建造物において中空柱を基礎上の

(従来の技術)
従来、例えば鋼管からなる中空柱を基礎に固定

け、一方基礎面に上記ボルト通し孔に対応する位
置に複数本のアンカーボルトを突設した手段を設
け、使用においては、上記中空柱の座板をそのボ
ルト通し孔にアンカーボルトを挿通させることに
より基礎上の固定に設定し、ついで各アンカーボ
ルトにナツトを螺着して座板を基礎面に固定する

上記座板から他端部を垂直に突出すると共に該突
出部に調整ナツトが螺合された調整ナツトつきネ
ジ棒と、
上記中空柱を固定すべき基礎に、開口端を該基
礎面に開口して埋設された筒であつて、上記ネジ
棒が挿脱自在及び上記調整ナツトが挿入不能の内
径を有する支持筒と、
から構成される。以下図面を参照して本案の実施

タル充填等の適宜の固定方法をとることにより中
空柱を基礎面の所定位置に所定高さで正確に起立
固定することが可能となり、特に基礎面に高低の
バラツキがある場合に所定高さに調整設定できる
利点があり、又中空柱へのメネジを有する座板を
及びネジ棒の取付加工は全て工場作業で行うこと
ができるから、それら各部が設計通り正確に取付
けられ、従来のような煩雑な修正作業が不要とな
り、設定作業の能率向上を実現できるものであ
り、さらに中空柱の下端部を露出させる建物の場
合、従来のようにボルトやナツトが露出すること
がないから化粧が不要となる利点も得られるので
