- 光フアイバの片端から光を入射し、その後方散
乱光を検出することによつて光フアイバ各部の温
度測定を行なう温度検出用センサにおいて、温度
検出部となる前記光フアイバの上に金属を被着し
、この金属被着部分にリード線を接続したことを
特徴とする温度検出用センサ。
