Claims (1)
- 商用交流電源の整流平滑回路、トランス、共振
コンデンサ、ダイオードおよび半導体スイツチン
グ素子等からなるマグネトロン駆動用のインバー
タ回路２と、商用交流電源から前記インバータ回
路の整流平滑回路に流れる電流を検出する電流検
出回路９と、前記インバータ回路の半導体スイツ
チング素子をオンオフ制御するインバータ制御回
路７とで構成されるものにおいて、前記電流検出
回路によつて検出される電流の値が規定の範囲内
にあるのか否かを判定する電流値判定部７０３お
よびこの電流値判定部を前記インバータ回路の動
作開始後規定時間が経過してから能動化するタイ
マー７０２を前記インバータ制御回路に設け、前
記インバータ回路の動作開始から規定時間が経過
した後に前記電流検出回路の検出値が規定範囲よ
りはずれた場合に前記インバータ回路の動作を停
止させることを特徴とするマグネトロン用インバ
ータ電源の制御回路。
