Claims (1)
- 共通電極と個別電極とを交互リード型の電極配
置とし、１画素単位を３本の共通電極とその間に
挟まれる２本の個別電極で構成し、中央の共通電
極と２本の個別電極の間に発熱抵抗体２個を形成
し、これをほぼ中心としてその斜め方向の上下の
外側の共通電極とそれに隣接する個別電極の間に
それぞれ発熱抵抗体を形成したことを特徴とする
厚膜型サーマルヘツド。
