- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 外側の環状帯部１ａと、その内側の空間１ｃ
に適宜間隔で配設した内帯部１ｂとから成るかつ
らベース１に於いて、前記環状帯部１ａ及び内帯
部１ｂは適宜幅の通気性を有する袋帯に形成する
と共に内部に可撓性な芯材２を挿通させたことを
