る留めビスとから構成され、該第１保持枠凹部に
該パツドクリアラと該第２保持枠とを嵌装し該第
１保持枠底部から該留めビスにより三者一体化さ
れてなるパツドクリアラ装置において該パツドク
リアラ装置の前部に長さ方向に沿つて庇状の気流
調整手段を付加してなることを特徴とした気流調
