トン３で閉封されたドーナツ形であつて、復帰ば
ね１５で係合筒１２，１３から上方に押上げ付勢
されている空気加圧用の可動シリンダー４と、下
端のスカート状弁体１６が前記内係合筒１２に内
接して前記可動シリンダー４に内嵌され、軸芯部
に前記吸上げ芯１１に吸上げパイプ１７を通して
連通する筒芯１８を設けた筒状のピストン部材５
と、このピストン部材５頂部に嵌合すると共に前
記可動シリンダー４頂部に螺合され、かつ軸芯部
に前記筒芯１８に挿入されて栓１９を形成する栓
