Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 衛星放送の音声領域の空き部分に非音声データ
    を多重化して送出すると共に、前記音声領域内へ
    の非音声データの多重化個所を示す所定ビツト数
    のデータ多重モード判定用制御符号を所定数のフ
    レームから成るマスタフレーム内の各フレームの
    先頭に繰り返し送出するデータ放送の受信機内に
    設置されるデータ多重モードの判定回路であつて
    、 前記マスタフレーム内の各フレームのデータ多
    重モード判定用制御符号を抽出する手段と、 この抽出された制御符号をデコードし所定ビツ
    ト幅のデコード結果を出力する手段と、 前記デコード結果の各ビツトを前記マスタフレ
    ーム内の各フレームにわたつて計数する計数手段
    と、 この計数手段の計数値が前記フレーム数に関す
    る所定値に対応した判定値を越えたか否かに応じ
    て有意となる信号を出力するビツト判定手段と、 このビツト判定手段の出力をエンコードし前記
    抽出された制御符号を再生する手段とを備えたこ
    とを特徴とするデータ放送のデータ多重モード判
    定回路。
