ラフイーダコンベアにおいて、前記ガイドフレー
ムの端面と相対するローラの胴部外周の少なくと
も該ガイドフレームの厚さ以上の範囲に硬化肉盛
層を形成し、仕上げ加工したこれらローラの胴部
に付着防止層を形成したことを特徴とするローラ
フイーダコンベア。 (2) 複数のローラが所定間隔で配列され、これ
らローラの胴部両端部に該ローラの回転軸と直交
する状態でガイドフレームが配設されてなるロー
ラフイーダコンベアにおいて、前記ガイドフレー
ムの端面と相対するローラの胴部外周の少なくと
も該ガイドフレームの厚さ以上の範囲に硬化肉盛
り層を形成し、これら硬化肉盛り層の間に0.2
〜3mm厚さの硬化層を形成すると共に、外周面を
0.2〜6.3Sの粗度にしたことを特徴とする
