キユレートを捕集するセラミツク製ハニカムタイ
プのパテイキユレート・フイルタと、排出ガスの
流れ方向において上記パテイキユレート・フイル
タの上流側に配設されたフイルタ再生用ヒータと
、このフイルタ再生用ヒータに電流を供給する電
流供給回路とを備えていて、 上記パテイキユレート・フイルタの排出ガス接
触面に、熱伝導性の良好な物質からなる熱拡散層
を排出ガスの通過を可能にして設けたことを特徴
