Claims (1)
- エンジンのシリンダヘツドに形成された吸気ポ
ートの燃焼室側開口部の近傍部位に前記吸気ポー
トから燃焼室内に導入される吸気流に形成される
スワールの強さを調整する制御用空気を噴射する
スワール制御用の空気噴射口を配設し、かつこの
空気噴射口に連通された空気供給路に介設され、
前記空気噴射口からの空気噴射を制御する開閉弁
を設けるとともに、前記吸気ポートの燃焼室側開
口部を開閉する吸気バルブの閉塞動作時における
前記開口部の閉塞前に前記空気噴射口の開閉弁を
開閉操作するコントローラを設けたことを特徴と
するエンジンの吸気スワール調整装置。
