2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram showing a method of charging raw materials in a bellless type blast furnace. In the above-mentioned bellless charging method, the raw material M stored in the top bunker 10 is transferred onto the distribution chute 16 installed in the blast furnace 14 through the flow rate adjustment gate 12 located at the lower end of the bunker 10. The material is charged into the furnace by rotating the distribution chute 16 and dumping it from its tip.

The dump pattern 18 shown in FIG. 3 is set, and the distribution chute 16 is moved from the dump start point S to the dump end point E at an angular velocity of
By rotating the raw material M at the dotted line, the raw material M is dumped along a dump locus as shown by the dotted line, and a predetermined raw material distribution in the furnace is formed at a discharge rate (ω/sec). It is an important condition for stable operation to always accurately form the raw material distribution in the furnace.

According to the conventional method of charging raw materials in a bellless blast furnace, as shown in FIG. By flowing into the furnace core from the wall side,
The furnace core was also constructed by burying the raw materials. By the way, by charging large coke into the core of a blast furnace and small coke into the periphery, the central gas flow inside the furnace is stabilized and strengthened, improving the ventilation and liquid permeability of the furnace core. However, with the above-mentioned conventional techniques, it is difficult to charge specific raw materials into the furnace core.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In order to improve the above-mentioned charging method, Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-16203 proposes that charging is carried out from the furnace core side to the furnace wall side, thereby charging the furnace core. This makes it possible to charge raw materials, but because the raw materials dumped from the distribution chute vary, it is not possible to localize specific raw materials to the furnace core, and the distribution control is also poor in accuracy. . For this improvement, JP-A-62-2
As shown in Japanese Patent No. 90809 and Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 64-65211, it has been proposed to carry out charging by standing the rotating chute vertically, but this is so to speak as dumping directly into the furnace from the top bunker. This method still has the drawback that the distribution accuracy decreases due to the dispersion of the raw materials falling from the bunker during the fall, and it is difficult to locally charge the specified raw materials into the furnace core. Met.

[Means for solving the problem] In order to supply the raw material only to the furnace core, we changed the conventional method of distributing the raw material on the distribution chute and distributed it inside the furnace, and the distribution chute became a mere shell. If it is dumped directly into the furnace from the top bunker, it can be dropped into the furnace core. However, the dumping direction vector of raw materials from the furnace top bunker is not always constant.
In other words, it is not always oriented toward the furnace core and varies, and because the dumping direction vector becomes a certain depending on the unique arrangement of the furnace top bunker, it is not always possible to drop it only to the furnace core accurately.

The present invention was developed as a result of various studies in order to improve the above points, and its gist is as follows. That is, the present invention provides a bell-less material charging method for a blast furnace in which the raw material stored in the upper furnace top bunker can be arbitrarily distributed in the furnace by a distribution chute located at the bottom, and the tilting angle of the distribution chute is set to the lower limit. By setting the tip of the distribution chute to an angle greater than or equal to the lower limit angle and causing the tip of the distribution chute to overrun, and then idling at this position, or by setting the tilting angle of the distribution chute to greater than the lower limit angle and causing the tip of the distribution chute to overrun, and by setting the tip of the distribution chute to an angle greater than the lower limit angle, and A bellless material charging method for blast furnaces, which is characterized by ensuring that the specified material is charged to the center position in the furnace by fixing the position at the same angle as the top bunker from which the material is to be discharged. be.

[Operation] In order to supply the raw material only to the furnace core, the raw material is placed on the distribution chute 16 in a bellless blast furnace, and is slid on the distribution chute 16 according to the specified dump pattern 18 shown in FIG. By changing the method of distributing the material into the furnace and changing the way of thinking, the distribution chute 16 becomes a mere shell, and if the material is dumped directly into the furnace from the top bunker, it can be dropped into the furnace core.

However, as shown in FIG. 1, the first problem is that when the raw material M is dumped from the furnace top bunker 10 into the furnace by the opening operation of the flow rate adjustment gate 12, the raw material M is dumped in the process of being dropped. As shown by the dotted arrow c, the particles scatter and disperse, and do not fall and accumulate on the central part 20 of the furnace, but instead become diffused and deposited around the concentric circles due to variations.

A second problem that occurs when a plurality of parallel furnace top bunkers 10 are arranged as shown in FIG. 2 is that the raw material If the distribution chute 16 were simply reduced to nothing, the flow vector would be a certain dumping direction vector, and if the distribution chute 16 were simply reduced to nothing, it would fall as shown by the dotted line in FIG. I will do it.

Therefore, in order to solve the first problem, as a first invention, as shown in FIG. Turn the engine to idle. Then, the falling raw materials are prevented from scattering and dispersing by the cylindrical distribution chute 16, which has a constricted lower end and serves as a so-called funnel-shaped guide, and is accumulated in the center, where it falls and accumulates in the central part 20 of the furnace. be able to. At this time, the turning motion is made faster than the normal turning speed to further promote the above effect.

Next, to solve the second problem, as a second invention, as shown in FIG. 2, the distribution chute 16 is set at a position that greatly overruns the conventional tilted position,
And the rotation angle position is set to the upper furnace top bunker 1 where raw material is to be discharged.
By fixing the angle to the same angle as 0, it is possible to cause the raw material M to collide and reflect on the distribution chute 16 in the process of falling into the furnace, and to guide the raw material M to the center 20 in the furnace. Of course, as with bell-type movable armor, proper setting and operation of the tilt angle position is important.

That is, in the present invention, as shown in FIG.
When the blast furnace shaft has a single hopper (bunker), the rotating (distribution) chute is rotated at high speed to prevent the falling material from spreading, and the chute becomes a guide tube. Achieve installation inside the furnace. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, in the case of a device having a plurality of bunkers 10, the falling raw materials are unevenly distributed in the collecting hopper 22 below the bunkers. That is, when the raw material is cut out in the left bunker, a flow is formed on the collecting bunker 22 side in a direction opposite to the cutting direction, resulting in a leftward drift as shown in FIG. If this is the right bunker 10, the current will be drifted to the right. Therefore, in the second invention, in order to eliminate this drift, the distribution chute 16
This distribution chute 16
Once the material is received and dropped, it is guided to the center and charged.

Embodiments Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing both the configuration and operation of the first invention. As shown in FIG. 1, before the raw material M in the top bunker 10 is charged into the center of the blast furnace 14, the distribution chute 16 is driven by a tilting motor 31 controlled by a tilting position control device 30. At this time, when the tilt angle detector 32 detects the specified position a, the tilt position control device 30 gives a stop command to the tilt motor 31 to stop the tilt. This specified tilting position a is the distribution chute 16
This is a position where the lower end of the tip exceeds the center line of the furnace cross section, and is significantly overrun from the conventional operating position. The embodiment of the present invention operates at approximately 12 degrees.

Next, the rotation position control device 33 causes the rotation motor 34 of the distribution chute 16 to rotate at high speed. In the embodiment of the present invention, the system is operated at about 120% of the conventional operating speed, which is the limit of high speed. In this state, the flow rate adjustment gate 12 is opened by the flow rate adjustment gate control device 36, and the raw material M starts to fall, and as it falls into the furnace, it flows through the funnel-shaped distribution chute 16.
The particles are locally accumulated and deposited in the central part 20 of the furnace using the rotation locus as a guide. The direction of rotation of the distribution chute 16 may be normal or reverse. The furnace top sequence control device 37 is in charge of a series of controls including the above-mentioned tilt position control device 30, rotation position control device 33, flow rate adjustment gate control device 36, and others.

FIG. 2 is a schematic sectional view showing the structure of the second invention together with its function. Prior to central charging of raw material M,
The distribution chute 16 is driven by a swing motor 34 controlled by a swing position control device 33 . Turning angle detector 35
When the specified position is detected, the rotation position control device 33
gives a stop command to the swing electric motor 34 to stop it. This specified position is in the same direction as the furnace top bunker 10 into which the raw material M is to be dropped. For example, if the target furnace top bunker 10 is in a direction of 240 degrees when viewed from the top of the furnace, the specified rotation position is also 240 degrees.
°. Next, the tilting motor 31 is driven by the tilting position control device 30 . When the tilt angle detector 32 detects the specified position b, the tilt position control device 30 gives a stop command to the tilt motor 31 to stop it. This specified tilt position b is a position where the lower end position of the tip of the distribution chute 16 exceeds the center line of the furnace cross section, and is a position where the position is significantly overrun from the conventional operating position.

At this stage, the raw material M draws a falling trajectory into the furnace by opening the flow rate adjustment gate 12 by the flow rate adjustment gate control device 36. In the example of FIG. 2, first, 60
It flows out in the 240° direction (= 240° + 180°), then collides with the collection hopper 22 and falls in the 240° direction, and at the final stage of falling into the furnace, it flows into the distribution chute located at the 240° position. 16, the particles are collided with each other, then changed direction, and are then accumulated and deposited in the central part 20 of the furnace. As is clear from the above explanation, the specified tilting angle b has an important meaning, and must be set to ensure that the raw material faces toward the center 20 of the furnace. In the present invention, the angle is approximately 10°.

In the present invention, the rotation angle specified position is set in the same direction as the furnace top bunker 10, but the vertical positional relationship between the furnace top bunker 10 and the distribution chute 16, and the furnace top charging device between them. Depending on the structure, the direction may be diagonal. The furnace top sequence control device 37 manages a series of controls including the above-mentioned tilt position control device 30, rotation position control device 33, flow rate adjustment gate control device 36, and others.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the present invention,
When one furnace top bunker is set in the center, the tilting angle of the distribution chute is set above the lower limit angle, the distribution chute is overrun, and it is rotated at idle at this position, so to speak. By rotating the distribution chute as a cylindrical guide, it is possible to allow the raw material to fall only into the furnace core without scattering it around.

In addition, when multiple furnace top bunkers are installed, the tilting angle of the distribution chute is set to the lower limit angle or more, so that the tip of the distribution chute overruns, and the rotation angle position is set to the upper raw material. By setting it fixedly at the same angle as the top bunker to be discharged, that is, by making it function similarly to the movable armor of a bell-type blast furnace, the raw material can be guided to the furnace core.
