流入口8と、前記ケーシング1の他端1bに設け
られ前記各線状センサ7a,7bを保持するため
のホルダ20と、前記ホルダ20に形成された気
体排出孔5a,5cとを備え、角速度入力時にお
ける前記気体流入口8から流入する外部気体によ
る前記気体流41の偏流を前記各線状センサ7a
,7bで検出するようにしたことを特徴とするガ
