アイバからの光をその光束の径を拡大して前記対
物レンズ部と撮像素子との間に導く導光部と、前
記対物レンズ部と撮像素子との間に配置され前記
導光部からの入射光を前記対物レンズ部に向けて
反射させるとともにこの対物レンズ部側からの入
射光は前記撮像素子側に透過させるビームスプリ
ツタと、このビームスプリツタと前記導光部との
間に配置された偏光子と、前記ビームスプリツタ
と前記撮像素子との間に配置された検光子とを設
けた構成とし、 前記制御装置には、光源ランプおよびこのラン
プからの光を集光して前記光フアイバに入射させ
る集光レンズ系と、前記顕微鏡本体の撮像素子に
