In hot air heater equipment equipped with ducts made of materials that sometimes make noise, such as vinyl ducts (hereinafter simply referred to as vinyl ducts), noise prevention measures to prevent the noise generated when the vinyl ducts are expanded. This relates to a prevention mechanism.

This air is exchanged with warm air through heat exchange with a pot etc. inside the warm air heater, and then the warm air is supplied almost uniformly into the house from the vinyl duct, that is, cold air → warm air. The circulation path is as follows: conversion to wind → hot air blowing to the vinyl duct → hot air supply from the vinyl duct to the inside of the house, and the above control, that is, hot air supply to the inside of the house,
Generally, this is done intermittently using a temperature sensor installed inside the greenhouse.

As a result, a loud crunching sound is generated, and this crunching sound is a so-called crunching sound that occurs intermittently, which is annoying to the ears. It has become a social problem.

防止機構である。 The amount of air blown is set to approximately 1/2 of the total amount of air blown, and after a certain period of time (to be precise, when almost all of the vinyl duct has been expanded to about 2/3), the next one is installed. The fan is operated to control the amount of warm air blown into the vinyl ducts in an amount equivalent to the total amount of air blown. At least two air inlets installed in the hot air heater, motor-driven fans installed in each of the at least two air inlets, and generated by the hot air heater installed in the hot air heater. a duct made of a material that makes a sound when the plurality of vinyl ducts are expanded, which blows warm air into the house; and one of the two motors installed in the house. a control device comprising: a temperature thermosensor that controls the operation of the two motors and controls the stopping of the two motors; and a timer that controls the operation timing of the other one of the two motors; ,
In the hot air heater device, the temperature thermo sensor detects the temperature inside the house, and when the detected value is below a set value,
Activating the one motor to blow approximately 1/2 of the total amount of hot air into the vinyl duct,
The timer is input, and then, after the set time of this timer has elapsed, the other motor is activated to blow air into the vinyl duct in an amount approximately equivalent to the total amount of hot air blown, to blow air into the house. heating,
After that, the temperature thermo sensor detects the temperature inside the house, and when the detected value is equal to or higher than a set value, the operation of the two motors is stopped. This is a noise prevention mechanism for machine equipment.

音防止機構。[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] A hot air heater installed in a house, at least two air inlets installed in the hot air heater, and a motor drive installed in each of the at least two air inlets. and a fan made of a material that makes a sound when a large number of hot air blowers are expanded to blow hot air generated by the hot air heater equipped on the hot air heater into the house. a duct, a temperature thermo sensor that controls the operation of one of the two motors installed in the house and controls the stoppage of the two motors, and one of the two motors. A hot air heater device comprising: a control device equipped with a timer that controls the operation timing of another motor; and the temperature thermo sensor detects the temperature inside the house. When the detected value is below the set value, the one motor is activated to blow approximately 1/2 of the total amount of warm air into the duct made of a material that makes noise when the hot air is expanded. At the same time, the timer is input, and then, after the set time of this timer has elapsed, the other motor is activated to completely fill the duct made of a material that makes a sound when the warm air blows out. The inside of the house is heated by blowing air approximately equivalent to the amount of warm air blown, and then the temperature thermo sensor detects the temperature inside the house, and when the detected value is equal to or higher than a set value, the second temperature sensor detects the temperature inside the house. A noise prevention mechanism for a warm air heater device in a house, characterized by stopping the operation of the base motor.
