Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本考案は筆ペン等の筆記具の芯、マニキユア等
の化粧用具の刷毛、その他の液体塗布具の先端に
装着される穂首を保持して軸内部に固定する装置
に関する。
（従来の技術） 従来この種の穂首を軸内部に固定する方法とし
ては穂首の後端を熱融着して固定用鍔を形成し、
この固定用鍔を軸内部の段部に掛止して押えパツ
キン等により挾着するという手段が一般的であつ
た。
（考案が解決しようとする問題点） ところで穂首の後端を熱融着して固定用鍔を形
成する場合その固定用鍔の肉厚を一定化するのが
難しく組み付ける場合に他部品の寸法精度との関
係上ガタを生じたり又は組み付けが困難となるな
どの問題が生じていた。
本考案の目的は穂首の固定用鍔の肉厚に多少の
寸法上のばらつきが存在してもそのばらつきを吸
収して組み付けに支障のない新規の筆記具、化粧
用具等の液体塗布具に於ける塗布用穂首の保持固
定具を提供することである。
（問題点を解決するための手段） 上記目的を達成するために案出した本願の筆記
具、化粧用具等の液体塗布具に於ける塗布用穂首
の保持固定具は、後端に固定用鍔を付設した穂首
の首部の幅よりは広く固定用鍔の幅よりは狭い開
口部の周囲部の所要箇所に固定用鍔の前面の顎部
に当接する掛止板部を設けると共に該掛止板部の
後面側に掛止板部の方向への弾力性を有して固定
用鍔の後面に圧着するバネ板部を設けて成るもの
である。
（実施例） 図は本考案の一実施例を示したものである。
以下該実施例を図面に拠つて説明する。第１図
は穂首１と保持固定具２の分離状態を示すもの
で、先ず穂首１は多数の繊維を集束して形成され
その後端を熱融着して固定用鍔３を形成してい
る。保持固定具２は穂首１の首部４の幅よりも広
く且つ固定用鍔３の幅よりは狭い開口部５の両側
に一対の垂直な掛止板部６，６′を平行に設け該
垂直な掛止板部６，６′の上端からやや下方位置
に両側の垂直な掛止板６，６′を連結する水平な
掛止板部６″を設け該水平な掛止板部６″の上縁に
連結してこれら掛止板部６，６′，６″の後両側の
開口部５に重なり合う位置に掛止板部６，６′，
６″の方向への弾力性を有するバネ板部７を設け
両側の垂直な掛止板部６，６′はその上下端部が
先軸８の内部の段部９に当接し得る長さに寸法設
定して構成され金属板により一体的に形成されて
いる。第２図は穂首１に保持固定具２を装着した
状態を示すもので、穂首１はその繊維束に於ける
固定用鍔３の近傍箇所である首部４を保持固定具
２の垂直な掛止板部６，６′の下端側から開口部
５に挿入しその固定用鍔３の前面の周端部である
顎部を各掛止板部６，６′，６″の後面側に掛止さ
せると共に固定用鍔３の後面には保持固定具２の
バネ板部７をその弾力により圧着させて穂首１と
保持固定具２が一体化している。第３図は保持固
定具２を装着した穂首１を先軸８の内部に組み付
けた状態を示すもので、穂首１は先軸８の軸筒本
体（図示せず）と螺着する後端口から先軸内部に
挿入してその先端部を先軸先端口から貫出させる
と共に保持固定具２の垂直な掛止板部６、６′の
上下端部を先軸内部の後端口方向へ向いた段部９
に当接して然る後にリング状の押えパツキン１０
を先軸８の後端口から挿入して保持固定具２のバ
ネ板部７をその内孔部に没入させると共にその前
面を保持固定具２の垂直な掛止板部６，６′の上
下端部に当接して段部９と共に保持固定具２を挾
着する態勢で固定している。
（作用及び効果） 本考案は以上の構成を有するものであり、穂首
には保持固定具が装着されて該保持固定具が押え
パツキン等により挾着されて軸に固定されること
になるので穂首の固定用鍔が穂首を軸に対し固定
させるための直接の媒体として作用することがな
く押えパツキン等の他部品とは無関係となり単に
保持固定具とのみ関係し然も保持固定具に於て穂
首の固定用鍔は変形自在なバネ板部によつて挾着
固定されるので穂首の固定用鍔の肉厚の寸法ばら
つきに拘らず穂首の軸への組み付けが緊密に且つ
確実に達成される効果がある。

は穂首と保持固定具の分離状態の斜視図、第２図
は穂首に保持固定具を装着した状態の斜視図、第
３図は先軸に穂首を組み付けた状態の断面図であ

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 後端に固定用鍔を付設した穂首の首部の幅より
    は広く固定用鍔の幅よりは狭い開口部の周囲部の
    所要箇所に固定用鍔の前面の顎部に当接する掛止
    板部を設けると共に該掛止板部の後面側に掛止板
    部の方向への弾力性を有して固定用鍔の後面に圧
    着するバネ板部を設けて成る筆記具、化粧用具等
    の液体塗布具に於ける塗布用穂首の保持固定具。
