塗布する程度の手段で熱収縮テープの剥離が簡単に行わ
れるという良好な面を有する反面、この離型剤を取り除
くため、前述のように表面の研磨等の処理を行っている
のが現状である。尚、この離型剤は本来、焼成後の管状
体、及び、熱収縮テープ夫々に対し密着性の低い性質の
ものであるため、この離型剤が表面に残った状態では塗
装を行っても、塗膜が簡単に剥離する、あるいは、ブリ
スタ(一種の気泡)の発生等の不都合を生じやすいもの
となる。又、このような研磨作業は、管状体の肉厚が減
少することにより強度低下を生じる不都合があり、又、
比較的手間の掛かる作業であるため省略したい工程であ
るが、塗膜を強固に形成するという観点から現在の技術
では省略できず、改善が望まれている。本発明の目的は
、焼成後に研磨工程を省略できる管状体の製造方法を合
理的に構成する点にある。

縮テープ4から分離した樹脂膜4が比較的円滑な外面形
状で管状体の外面に形成されるので、従来からの研磨作
業を行わずに、この樹脂膜4の外面に対して直接塗装を
行うことも可能になる。つまり、従来は熱収縮テープ3
に対して、このテープ3、管状体夫々に対して分離性の
良好な性質の離型剤を用いたのに比較して、本発明では
管状体に馴染みやすく、テープ3と分離しやすい樹脂膜
4を用いるので、熱収縮テープ3の取り除きの手間を悪
化させることが無く、しかも、研磨による管状体の肉厚
を減じることもないのである。
