本考案はローラミル(浅皿型)溶接形ロール等
に適用して有効な粉砕用ロールに関するものであ

石炭を粉砕し、微粉炭をボイラに供給するロー
ラミルにおいて、粉砕用のロールは最近一般鋳鋼

従来の溶接形ロールの肉盛形状を第1図につい

み、ロールの第1図A部付近(以下大径端部と呼

された環状壁部を軟鋼肉盛材又は同母体と同一の
鋳鋼により形成すると共に、前記溶接肉盛層を高
炭素−高クロム鋼で形成し、かつ前記壁部の上層
部を同溶接肉盛層で一体に肉盛してなるもので、
大径端部よりの肉盛材の剥離脱落を防止できる粉

−高クロム鋼で形成し、かつ前記壁部3の上層部
を同溶接肉盛層で一体に肉盛してなる截頭円錐筒
形粉砕用ロールである。また4はロール軸方向の

以上の如く本考案は、母体の大径端部に形成さ
れた環状壁部を、軟鋼肉盛材又は同母体と同一の
鋳鋼により形成したので、母体と環状壁部の密着
性は良好であり、かつ靭性もあることから、図面
矢印の如く溶接肉盛層に作用する剥離力をサポー
トすることができ、大径端部よりの肉盛材の剥離

接肉盛層とからなる截頭円錐筒形粉砕用ロールに
おいて、前記母体の大径端部に形成された環状壁
