押え板、12aは外側脚片、12bは内側脚片で

いに突当たつた状態でボルト挿通部とボルト頭に
対向する一方の脚片との間に間隙を存するように
設定して、該間隙を、両突当て部が突当たつた以
降のスルーボルトの螺入に基づく弾性押え板の圧
縮代とし、弾性押え板の圧縮変形でステータコア
の押圧をするように構成したことを特徴とする車
