    クと、前記外ヨークの内側の前記ベースに固定し
    、コイル移動方向に磁極を備えたマグネツトと、
    前記マグネツトの先端に固定し、前記外ヨークの
    内側に空隙を介して対向させた内ヨークと、前記
    空隙の中に設けたリング状の電機子コイルとを備
    えたボイスコイル形リニアモータにおいて、 前記内ヨークと対向する位置に切り欠き部を設
    けた前記外ヨークと、 前記内ヨークの移動方向長さより短い長さを備
    えた前記電機子コイルと、 前記電機子コイルの一方端に固定し、前記切り
    欠き部から外ヨークの外周に突出する取付け部を
    設け、内径が内ヨークの外径より大きいリング状
    のコイルサポートとを備えたことを特徴とするボ
    イスコイル形リニアモータ。 ２ 前記切り欠き部を前記外ヨークの中心に対し
    対称の位置に複数設けた請求項１記載のボイスコ
