    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電源に接続される入力端と、該入力端に接続さ
    れた雑音フイルター回路を有し、出力端から負荷
    に高周波電力を供給するインバータ回路を有する
    と共に、前記入力端と前記インバータ回路の間の
    電源線の一線からラインバイパスインピーダンス
    を介して接続される接地用線を有する電源装置に
    おいて、前記接地用線を、前記ラインバイパスイ
    ンピーダンスへの接続位置から前記入力端よりも
    遠くなる方向へ延出させて設けたことを特徴とす
    る電源装置。
