Abstract

PURPOSE:To display whether the electric applicances connected to a power source line are in use or not and to facilitate handling of the current breaker during power source line construction by providing a switch, a coil and a lamp which is lit with a specified or more than specified value current of the current. CONSTITUTION:Electric appliances 6 and a current breaker 1 are connected in series to a power source 7. Between the terminals of the breaker 1 are connected in parallel a switch-side circuit having a serial connection of a coil of a relay, a resistor 9 and a switch 5 and a lamp-side circuit having a serial connection of a relay 2 contact, a lamp 3 and a lamp protection resistor 4. When the electric appliance 6 connected to a power source line is turned to a condition of use with a switch 5 contact being kept closed, the relay 2 contact is closed whereby the lamp 3 connected in parallel to the relay 2 is lit. Further, if the value of the current capable of causing the relay 2 to operate is made selectable by the operation of the switch, it is possible to select a comparing current value for energizing the lamp 3 which conforms the quantity of use power for the appliances 6. By this, a display that the appliances are in use can be made and the handling during the construction period can be made easy.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Conventional current circuit breakers do not have a function to display the state of the current flowing through the current circuit breaker. Therefore, when current is flowing through the current breaker, that is, when the electrical equipment connected to the current breaker is in use, the person operating the current breaker recognizes that the electrical equipment is in use. There were cases where the power line was accidentally disconnected. As a result, the power supplied to the electrical equipment in use may suddenly be cut off, and in some cases, the electrical equipment may be damaged.

To prevent this, there are already distribution panels that detect and display the current flowing through the power line. However, this current detection and display mechanism does not exist independently for each power line connected to the distribution board, so it is necessary to relocate the distribution board or add more power lines branching from the distribution board. When the need arises, the entire distribution board must be adjusted.
There was a tendency for the construction area to become large.
