後方のフィルタへ空気を運ぶので従来の洗浄が行われに
くかった内周の磁気ヘッドと磁気ディスクの摩擦により
発生したダストがフィルタに回収される割合が増大し、
洗浄された空気が磁気ヘッドに流入するようになってヘ
ッドクラッシュが減少する。

クの任意の位置に移動させるボイスコイルモータと、前
記ケース内に配置されて前記ケース内のダストを含む気
体からダストを除去するフィルタとを有するものにおい
て、乱流およびよどみ点の発生を防ぎ効率的なフィルタ
効果を促すために磁気ディスク装置カバーに流路をつく
るようにガイドを設け、かつこの流路に前記フィルタを
設置したことを特徴とする磁気ディスク装置。
