[Example] 4 parts of gold powder on which aluminum foil is metal-deposited are thoroughly stirred and mixed with 100 parts of aqueous resin of polyurethane emulsion, 3 parts of crosslinking agent (epoxy type), and 100 parts of water using a stirring mixer, and then mixed with a compressor air gun. Spray the paint evenly onto the surface of the tatami mat so that there are no spots. After drying for a certain period of time in a dryer or drying in the sun, a final coat is applied using an air gun, and the finishing agent used is a water-based resin of polyurethane emulsion 10%.
A mixture of 0 parts, 2.5 parts of crosslinking agent (epoxy type) and 65 parts of water with stirring is used. In carrying out the above process, a small amount of anti-cissing agent may be mixed into the initial base agent and subsequent finishing agent. As a result of numerous experiments, the blending ratio of the main agent and finishing agent described above has been found to be the value that gives the gold leaf a bright color and is the most excellent in weather resistance, water resistance, and abrasion resistance. It is possible.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention uses an air gun to spray-paint a specially formulated main agent containing gold leaf and a finishing agent onto the surface of ready-made tatami mats, thereby producing a tatami mat surface that shines in golden color at a low cost. It can be easily manufactured. In addition, since the product surface is coated with resin,
It has excellent water resistance and abrasion resistance, and does not lose its luster over a long period of time, and its service life can be greatly increased (2 to 3 times) compared to conventional products. In addition, conventional products are expensive and are limited to special uses such as alcoves, whereas the present invention is inexpensive and easily available, so it is widely used in spaces such as tatami rooms in restaurants. This will contribute to expanding the range of applications.
