て、 押えロール部は、研摩ベルトに対し搬送される
基板を押圧保持するものであり、 逆転防止機構は、押えロール部のロールが基板
の搬送方向と逆方向に回転するのを阻止するもの
であることを特徴とする表面研摩装置。
