の両プレート1,2の相対移動でシールプレート
2をシール面3に押圧せしめる押圧機構よりなり
、この押圧機構はシールプレート2の底面部を横
方向に揺動自在に支承するストツパ4と、そのス
トツパ受け5と、当該ストツパ4の復帰手段とよ
りなることを特徴とする真空用ゲートバルブ。 (2) ストツパ4はクサビ型とし、このクサビ型
