【考案の詳細な説明】
〈産業上の利用分野〉
本考案はプラスチツク成形機等のスクリユ式原

〈従来技術〉
この種の原料供給装置は射出成形機や押出成形
機の処理能力に合つた原料を供給するため使用さ

〈考案が解決しようとする問題点〉
成形機の可塑化能力や成形機がベント式の場合
はベントアツプのないように原料供給をする必要
性からスクリユ式原料供給装置は広く用いられて
いるが、ある種の原料は成形機の処理能力以上に
原料が供給された場合、オーバトルクとなつて成
形機の運転が不可能となつたり、ベント式の成形
機の場合はベントアツプのためベント孔が塞がり

前述の目的を達成するため、本考案はバレル内
に挿入されたスクリユを回転させ、同バレルと成
形機の原料供給口を連絡する原料供給通路を介し
て成形機内に原料を供給する原料供給装置におい
て、前記原料供給通路に原料の蓄積量を検知する
ためのレベル検出手段を設けこの検出手段の発す
る検出信号によりスクリユ回転用駆動部の回転停

原料供給通路15内に蓄積された原料の量を検出
するもので、原料供給通路15に設けたガラス窓
等の可視部20を介して、蓄積原料のレベルを計

を停止するべく、スクリユ13の回転を停止する
