Claims (1)
- 円盤状に形成されたダイアフラム固定治具１１
とキヤリア１２とを有し、前記ダイアフラム固定
治具１１の表面に複数のダイアフラム１３を円周
方向に沿つて固定し、前記キヤリア１２を、前記
ダイアフラム固定治具１１上のダイアフラム１３
の高さに合わせた厚さに形成するとともに、前記
ダイアフラム固定治具１１上のダイアフラム１３
と対応した位置にダイアフラム挿通孔１５を形成
し、ダイアフラム固定治具１１にキヤリア１２を
装着し、各ダイアフラム１３がキヤリア１２の各
ダイアフラム挿通孔１５内に嵌合したことを特徴
とするダイアフラム成膜装置。
