- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 発光素子４ａ，４ｂと受光素子５ａ，５ｂ
とを用いてオイルの油面位置を検知するオイルレ
ベルセンサにおいて、前記各発光素子４ａ，４ｂ
の発光部および受光素子５ａ，５ｂの受光部を隔
壁８で覆つたことを特徴とするオイルレベルセン
サ。 (2) 前記隔壁８は測定するオイルの屈折率ｎ２
よりも大きい屈折率ｎ１を有し、これによりレン
ズ効果を有している請求項１記載のオイルレベル
センサ。
