Claims (1)
- 被洗浄物が収容される洗浄タンクと、この洗浄
タンク内に被洗浄物を浸漬するための洗浄水を供
給する給水手段と、この給水手段によつて上記洗
浄タンク内に貯えられた洗浄水を循環させる循環
手段と、上記洗浄タンクの壁部に上記循環手段に
よつて循環させられる洗浄水が通過するように設
けられ洗浄水が通過することで外気を吸引して微
小気泡を発生する気泡発生ノズルと、上記洗浄タ
ンク内に貯えられた洗浄水を適時に排出する排水
手段とを具備したことを特徴とする洗浄装置。
