I need to do it.
This usually involves a jet flush of water.

In the case of conventional jet cleaning, in which the pipe is placed inside the pipe and water is sprayed, especially when the diameter of the pipe P is large, the water does not sufficiently reach the upper surface a of the pipe, so the deposits do not fall off, and the removal is difficult. Therefore, the pipe P had to be turned upside down and jet-cleaned again, and the remaining deposits had to be cleaned with a cleaner, which required a great deal of time and expense.

Then, a nozzle 6 is inserted into the pipe P to be cleaned.
By inserting the inner tube 1, the inner tube 1 is supported on the central axis of the tube P by the guide member 5. In this state, the driving source 3 is driven to rotate the injection nozzle 6 through the inner tube 1 while supplying water through the inner tube 1 and jetting it from the nozzle 6 toward the inner surface of the tube P.
The deposits adhering to the inner surface of the pipe P are removed by jetted water, and the inner surface of the pipe P is cleaned. At this time, the inner tube 1 is supported by the guide member 5 on the central axis of the tube P and rotates, and the nozzle 6 also rotates on the central axis of the tube P, so that the pressure is uniform over the entire inner peripheral surface of the tube P. As a result, water is jet-injected, and the conventional disadvantages such as the fact that the pressure on the upper surface a of the pipe P is too low to remove deposits from that area are eliminated. Therefore, retouching work can be kept to a minimum. Further, since the injection port of the injection nozzle 6 is composed of the injection port 6a that is slightly inclined toward the front in the axial direction and the injection port 6b that is slightly inclined toward the rear in the axial direction,
This is effective for removing deposits that have adhered to the inner surface of the pipe P. For these reasons, the inner surface of the pipe can be cleaned quickly and safely at low cost. The movement of the pipe P of the injection nozzle 6 in the axial direction (back and forth direction) is carried out manually by the operator, and the addition of the inner pipe 1 is carried out by means of a screw connection.

It is equipped with an inner tube 1 through which liquid passes, and this inner tube 1 is supported by a guide member 5 and a bearing 2, which will be described later, and is driven by an appropriate driving source, such as an air servo 3.
It is designed to be rotationally driven by. an outer tube 4 which is divided into a plurality of parts and is fitted into the outer circumferential surface of the inner tube 1; an outer tube 4 which is fitted into the outer circumferential surface of the inner tube 1;
A plurality of guide members 5 are provided between the outer tubes 4 and 4 and whose movements are regulated by the outer tubes 4, 4. The inner tube 1 is supported on the central axis of the tube P by the guide member 5 and rotates. An injection nozzle, generally designated by 6, is detachably connected to the tip of the inner tube 1 by, for example, screwing means. This injection nozzle 6 is shown in FIG.
As shown in B, the injection port 6a is slightly inclined forward in the axial direction (for example, 15 degrees) and injects the cleaning liquid in the radial direction.
and an injection port 6b that is slightly inclined rearward in the axial direction (for example, 15 degrees) and injects cleaning liquid in the radial direction. In the example of the drawing, the nozzle 6 has a total of 4 nozzles, 2 forward-slanted injection ports 6a and 2 backward-slanted injection ports 6b.
Equipped with multiple injection ports. The inner tube 1 is connected via a swivel joint 7 to a fixed tube 8, which is connected to a jet washing vehicle via a hose (not shown).

にする。 To clean the inner surface of the pipe P, select the guide member 5 according to the inner diameter of the pipe P, fit the outer pipe 4 and the guide member 5 into the inner pipe 1, and screw the injection nozzle 6 to the tip of the inner pipe 1. Then, assemble the device as shown in FIG.
When the nozzle 6 is inserted into the pipe P to be cleaned, the inner pipe 1 is supported on the central axis of the pipe P by the guide member 5, as shown in FIG. In this state, the air servo 3 is driven to rotate the injection nozzle 6 through the inner pipe 1, and the pump of the jet washing vehicle supplies water through the inner pipe 1, and the jet is injected from the nozzle 6 toward the inner surface of the pipe P. do. The deposits adhering to the inner surface of the pipe P are removed by jetted water, and the inner surface of the pipe P is cleaned. At this time, the inner tube 1 is supported on the central axis of the tube P by the guide member 5 and rotates, and the injection nozzle 6 also rotates on the central axis of the tube P accordingly, so that the inner tube 1 is rotated uniformly over the entire inner peripheral surface of the tube P. The water is jet-injected even at a pressure of 2, and the conventional disadvantages such as the low pressure on the upper surface a of the pipe P and the inability to remove deposits from that area are eliminated. Therefore, retouching work is minimal. Further, since the injection port of the injection nozzle 6 is composed of the injection port 6a slightly inclined forward in the axial direction and the injection port 6b slightly inclined backward in the axial direction, the pipe P
Effective for removing deposits from the inner surface of the For these reasons, the inner surface of the pipe P can be cleaned quickly and safely at low cost. Axial direction (back and forth direction) of pipe P of injection nozzle 6
The movement of the inner tube 1 is carried out manually by the operator, and the addition of the inner tube 1 is carried out by means of a screw connection.
