に隣接する前記第２検出電極の間において前記第
２検出電極に沿つて前記背面基板上に夫々設けら
れており前記第２検出電極より厚い帯状の複数の
第２スペーサとを備えており、前記第１及び第２
スペーサの交差部により前記前面基板と前記背面
基板との間隔を規定するようにしたことを特徴と
