ソード、２はシヤドーグリツド、３は周辺部制御
用グリツド、５はビーム形成電極、６はアノード

Claims (1)
- 球面状の電子放射面を有するカソードと、該カ
ソードと所定の間隔をおいて配設される複数のグ
リツドと、該グリツドと、それぞれ所定の間隔を
おいて配設されるビーム成形電極及びアノードを
具備してなる電子銃において、２枚の電子ビーム
流制御用グリツドを具備し、該、周辺部制御用グ
リツド及び中心部制御用グリツドがカソードから
ほぼ同一距離の同一球面上に配設され、カソード
からの電子ビーム流の周辺部、中心部を各々独立
して制御可能にした構造をもつ事を特徴とするデ
ユアル・モード進行波管等に用いられる電子銃。
