Description of the Related Art Hot water in a bathtub gradually becomes polluted as you take a bath, so in order to have a comfortable bath, it is desirable to replace the hot water with fresh water every time you take a bath. However, in reality, from an economical point of view, hot water is used repeatedly several times. To this end, various measures have been taken to suppress the contamination of hot water in bathtubs, some of which include:
For example, when the hot water in the bathtub is returned to the water heater for reheating, the hot water is supplied to a filter, the hot water is filtered, and then the hot water is supplied to the bathtub again. By the way, recently, there are so-called overflow bathtubs that supply a full supply of hot water to overflow and are equipped with an auxiliary bathtub for collecting the overflowing hot water. In such an overflowing bathtub, when you take a bath, hot water overflows and flows into the auxiliary bathtub and accumulates therein, which turns on the auxiliary bathtub water level switch, activates the pump, collects the overflowing hot water, and removes the hot water installed in the water heater. The water is filtered through a filter and returned to the bathtub.

Along with this overflowing hot water, dirt, scale, etc. in the hot water also flow in, but as the hot water accumulates in the auxiliary bathtub, the space inside the auxiliary bathtub becomes smaller, and the air bubbles Then, it comes to pass through the small hole of the lid member. At this time, dirt, scale, etc. in the hot water flow back from inside the auxiliary bathtub along with air bubbles and remain in the auxiliary bathtub and the hot water surface of the bathtub, reducing the amount of dirt and scale that is introduced into the filter in the water heater. The filtration and purification of hot water will be significantly hindered, and there is a risk that you will not be able to take a comfortable bath at all. The present invention has been made to solve these problems, and provides an overflow bathtub in which a filter member is provided in the lid member of the auxiliary bathtub and in the vicinity thereof to remove dirt, scale, etc. from hot water. The purpose is to provide

When hot water accumulates in the auxiliary bathtub and the water level rises, air in the space is discharged to the outside through the second introduction pipe and the second filter. Here, when a bath is taken and the hot water level reaches the position of the protruding edge provided near the opening of the auxiliary bathtub, the hot water flows through the second filter in addition to the first filter of the lid member.
It flows into the auxiliary bathtub through the filter. Therefore, in addition to the first filter, dirt, scale, etc. present in the hot water can be removed by the second filter, and even dirt floating on the water surface can be removed by the second filter.

An example will be described in detail below. In Figure 1,
Reference numeral 1 indicates an overflow bathtub according to the present invention, and this overflow bathtub 1 has a bathtub 2 and a water heater 3 connected to each other via a reheating return pipe 4 and a reheating outgoing pipe 5. The overflow bathtub 1 is a bathtub 2 that is provided with an auxiliary bathtub, that is, a mini tank 6, which supplies warm water to the fullest to make it overflow, and which collects the overflowing hot water. A mini-tank return pipe 7 for recovering hot water to the water heater 3 is connected to the bottom of the mini-tank 6 . In the mini-tank 6, reference numeral 8 indicates a mini-tank water level switch that detects the water level of hot water in the mini-tank 6, and this mini-tank water level switch 8 forms a hot water recovery path based on the hot water detection signal. It is configured to operate a hot water recovery pump (not shown) to recover hot water. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the mini-tank 6 is provided with a lid member 10 for hermetically sealing the opening 9 near the upper end of the bathtub. A first filter 11 is attached to this lid member 10, and a first introduction pipe 12 that enters the bottom of the mini-tank 6 from the bottom of the lid member 10 is connected. Further, a protruding edge 13 is provided near the opening 9 of the mini tank 6, and a second filter 14 is attached to this protruding edge 13. The second filter 14 has a second filter connected to the inside of the mini tank 6.
An inlet pipe 15 is connected thereto.

能となる。The overflow bathtub according to the present invention is as described above, and the operation of the overflow bathtub 1 will be explained below. The hot water overflowing from the bathtub 2 passes through the first filter 11 of the lid member 10 of the mini tank 6 and then flows through the first introduction pipe 12 to the mini tank 6.
flow inside. When hot water accumulates in the mini tank 6 and the water level rises, the air in the space is discharged to the outside via the second introduction pipe 15 and the second filter 14. Therefore, the air in the space does not form bubbles and cause dust to flow backward. Here, when a bath is taken and the hot water level reaches the position of the protruding edge 13 in the vicinity of the opening 9 of the mini tank 6, the hot water flows through the first filter 11 of the lid member 10 and other parts.
It flows into the mini tank 6 via the second filter 14. Therefore, in addition to the first filter 11, dirt, scale, etc. present in the hot water can be removed by the second filter 14, as well as dirt floating on the water surface. (not shown), the hot water can be maintained clear, making it possible to take a comfortable bath.

となる。[Effects of the Invention] Since the present invention is as described above, even if overflowing hot water flows into the auxiliary bathtub, the air in the space is discharged to the outside through the second introduction pipe and the second filter. This prevents air bubbles from forming and causing dirt to flow backwards. In addition to the first filter, garbage, scale, etc. that exist in hot water are filtered through the first filter, as well as garbage that floats on the water surface.
Since it can be removed by the second filter 14, the hot water can be maintained clear, allowing a comfortable bathing experience.
