Resin cloth woven with flat strings made of polyethylene, polypropylene, etc. is widely used as a material for heavy-duty packaging bags because of its toughness. However, when this strong resin cloth bag is used, air easily passes through the weave, making it unsuitable for packaging fertilizers, chemicals, etc. Therefore, one side of the resin cloth is made of polyethylene or polypropylene. It is used by laminating thin films etc. Recently, moisture-proof packaging bags have been developed in which an inner bag made of synthetic resin tubular film with a bottom is inserted into an outer bag made of resin cloth for moisture-proofing purposes, using the so-called "polytube simultaneous bag making method." bags are widely used. However, since the synthetic resin tubular film cylindrical body that forms the inner bag itself does not have a sealed bottom, the synthetic resin tubular film of the inner bag is sealed through the resin cloth layer of the outer bag to form the bottom. At present, this sealing process is extremely complicated, as the outside of the bottom of the inner synthetic resin tubular film bag and the inside of the bottom of the outer resin cloth bag are in close contact with each other, making it difficult to transport and store items after they have been stored. This close-fitting part is pulled due to impact, dropping, etc., causing the inner bag to break. The present invention is to provide a bag that is strong, shock-resistant, waterproof and moisture-proof without causing the inner and outer bags to come into close contact during the sealing process when forming the bottom. Write down. First, as shown in FIG. 1, a release agent 2 is applied to a resin cloth 1 made of a woven synthetic resin stretched string so that the resin cloth 1 is flattened so as to span both sides of a horizontal line A to be cut at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction. Apply a paint based on 2. Next, a cylindrical polyethylene film 3 formed by inflation is placed on the resin cloth and overlapped. Then, in accordance with a conventional method, a polyethylene film cylinder is wrapped and both edges of the original resin cloth are overlapped to form the vertical body bonding part 4. When cut from the horizontal line A, the bottom part as shown in Fig. 2 is formed. A release agent layer is interposed between the inner and outer materials of the mouth. Furthermore, when the reinforcing tape 5 is fused and coated with molten synthetic resin 6 over both sides of the lower edge of both the inner and outer materials, a fused part 7 is formed inside the lower edge of the polyethylene film cylindrical body 3 and the lower bottom 8 is formed. This will constitute the main idea. The present invention is as described above, and when the reinforcing tape is fused and coated, the fused portion of the cylindrical polyethylene film that forms the inner bag forms the bottom and forms the inner bag, so the adhesive force is strong. The resin cloth that covers the inner bag has a release layer on the entire outer surface of the area corresponding to the fused part, and is made into a bottom bottom 8 with reinforcing tape, so it has a strong bottom that can correspond to the toughness of the resin cloth. In addition, during the sealing process, a peeling layer is interposed between the inner and outer layers of the mouth and bottom, so the inner and outer bags are not glued together at all and can move freely relative to each other. Therefore, even if the product is subjected to shocks and drops during transportation or storage after packaging, the external force is consumed by the free movement of the outer layer of resin cloth, and the inner bag does not tear, and the contents do not fall into the inner bag. Since it is stored, there is no need to worry about water absorption or moisture permeation. When the strength of the bag of the present invention and a conventional bag made of the same material was compared in a drop test, the results were as follows. Stored item name: Fertilizer 20Kg Drop conditions: Side drop, fall from bottom of concrete, fall height: 1.0m Fertilizer bags are required to withstand 5 or more times.

[Table] From the above test results, all of the bags of the present invention are within the passing range, having endured five or more repetitions. It goes without saying that the upper sole may be closed by the user in the same manner as the lower sole after storing the stored items. Therefore, in the bag of the present invention, the characteristics of the raw material of the inner bag and the outer bag are effectively used, and sewing processes such as sewing using a sewing machine are avoided during the bag making process, and the inner bag sealed inside the outer bag is left in a free state. As a result, the inner bag does not break, providing a bag with excellent moisture resistance and high strength.
