Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 平行に張設された一対のベルト間に板を渡して
前記ベルトの移動により前記板を搬送するベルト
コンベアを備えた搬送装置において、 前記ベルトに多数の吸引孔を穿設し、該吸引孔
を介して吸引して前記板を前記ベルトに吸着させ
る吸引機構と、 少なくとも一台の前記ベルトコンベアの前記一
対のベルトを相対的に異なる速度で移動してずれ
を修正する修正機構とを有することを特徴とする
搬送装置。
