れ扉2は減速された状態で回転する。 First, an explanation will be given of the effect of deceleration when the rotational speed of the door 2 exceeds a certain level. Since the speed of the lower detection plate 19 also increases or decreases in accordance with the rotational speed of the door 2, a pulse signal having a period corresponding to the speed is outputted from the phototransistor 28. This pulse signal is waveform-shaped by a waveform shaping circuit 33 , smoothed by a smoothing circuit 34 , sent to an integrating circuit 36 , and further input to the positive side of a comparing circuit 38 via a buffer circuit 37 . Since the reference value is input from the rotation speed setting circuit 40 on the negative side, these two input signals are compared. When the input signal on the positive side is large, that is, when the rotation speed of the door 2 exceeds a certain level, an output is output from the comparator circuit 38, which turns on the transistor 60 and turns on the transistor 63 via the diode 68. Make it. When the transistor 60 is turned on, the voltage regulator 58 is activated, and the voltage is lowered so that the electromagnetic brake 11 can be operated slowly. Further, when the transistor 63 is turned on, the transistor 64 is turned off, and the Darlington-connected transistors 65 and 66 are turned on, so that the coil 13 is energized, and the brake plate 15 is moved against the leaf spring 1.
6, the brake 11 is applied, and the door 2
slows down. When the rotational speed of the door 2 decreases, the positive input of the comparator circuit 38 also decreases, so the output of the comparator circuit 38 disappears, and the transistors 60,
63 is turned off, the electromagnetic brake 11 is released and the door 2 rotates at a reduced speed.

Press and turn left in the diagram to enter and exit. If you accidentally push the door 2 on the left side in Figure 1 and try to rotate it to the right in the Figure, the rise of the output pulse of the phototransistor 30 due to the reverse rotation detection hole 22 will be more accurate as shown in Figure 4c. Since the rising edge of the output pulse of the phototransistor 28 of the rotation detection hole 21 is approximately 90 degrees ahead of the rising edge, an output appears in the flip-flop circuit 35, and this output is passed through the diode 70 to turn on the transistor 63, turn off the transistor 64, and turn off the transistor. 65 and 66 are turned on, and the electromagnetic brake 11 is activated. At this time, since the transistor 60 is off, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 58 is high, and the door 2 stops quickly. The output of the flip-flop circuit 35 simultaneously outputs the timer circuit 45.
is activated and, for example, after 3 to 10 minutes, when the time set by the setting circuit 48 has elapsed, an output is output from the comparator 46 and one pulse is output from the differentiating circuit 47.
The flip-flop circuit 35 is reset by the pulse signal, and the electromagnetic brake 11 is released. In addition,
When the motor rotates in the normal direction, the output of the flip-flop circuit 35 is reversed, so that the electromagnetic brake 11 is immediately released.

To explain the effect at that time,
Every time the door 2 rotates 90 degrees, a pulse signal is output from the fixed position detection photosensor 26 installed on the upper detection disk 20, and the pulse signal is sent to the waveform shaping circuit 4.
The waveform is shaped in step 9 and input to the clock input terminal CK of the flip-flop circuit 43. Further, the pulses from the photosensor 24 for detecting rotational speed and forward rotation are integrated by the integrating circuit 36 as described above, and sent to one side of the comparator 39 via the buffer circuit 37.
A set value corresponding to the low speed at which the door 2 should be stopped is inputted to the other side of this comparator 39 by the low speed setting circuit 41, so it is compared with that value, and when the door 2 reaches the stopping speed, it is When the next output from the detection photosensor 26 is output and sent to the flip-flop circuit 43, an inverted output Q is output from the flip-flop circuit 43, transistor 63 is turned on, transistor 64 is turned off, transistors 65 and 66 are turned on, and the electromagnetic The brake 11 is activated and the vehicle stops at a fixed position. At the same time, the timer circuit 52 is set by the output of the flip-flop circuit 43. If there is no output from the body sensor 50 before the time-up time (for example, 8 minutes) of this timer circuit 52 elapses, a reset signal is sent via the diode 71 at the elapse of that time (8 minutes), and the output is used to reset the flip-flop circuit. 43. This timer circuit 52
When the output of the body sensor 50 appears before the time-up period elapses, the flip-flop circuit 43 is reset by the output via the diode 72 and the switching circuit 51, and the electromagnetic brake 11 is released.

This is directly connected to the rotating support 1, and the disc 1
9 and 20 were used, but in the example shown in Fig. 8,
A powder brake is used for the brake, and it is connected to the rotating column 1 through a gear, and the disc is made of a single piece. More specifically, a speed control device 4 is fixed to the upper end of the rotating support 1 of the door 2, and this speed control device 4 has a shaft 6 perpendicular to the case 5 supported by upper and lower bearings 7, 8.
The lower protruding portion 9 of the shaft 6 is fixed to the rotating support 1.
A bevel gear 76 is fixed to the shaft 6, and this bevel gear 76 meshes with a bevel gear 77 fixed to a shaft 82 of a powder brake 78, and the gear ratio of these bevel gears 76 and 77 is, for example, 4:1. Set. The powder brake 78 has magnetic iron powder 81 between a rotor 79 connected to the shaft 82 and rotating, and a stator 80 fixed opposite to the rotor 79.
, and an electromagnetic coil 13 is provided on the stator 80 side. A detection disk 83 is provided on the 82 so as to rotate together with the shaft 82, and this disk 83 is designed so that one disk is sufficient instead of the two disks 19 and 20 shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. A detection hole is drilled near the outer periphery. Incidentally, the detection hole can also be formed as shown in FIG. Three photosensors 2 are placed facing the outer periphery of this disk 83.
4, 25, and 26 are provided. These photosensors 24, 25, and 26 may be separate bodies or may be housed in the same housing.

3 is not excited, the magnetic iron powder 81 inserted between the rotor 79 and the stator 80 exists only as a powder and has no effect on the rotation of the rotor 79. The rotor 79 continues to rotate.
Next, when the electromagnetic coil 13 is excited, the magnetic iron powder 81 is connected in a chain between the rotor 79 and the stator 80, resistance is generated between the rotor 79 and the stator 80, and the brake is applied. It will be done. This resistance is coil 13
The braking force is approximately proportional to the excitation current, and the braking force can be easily controlled simply by controlling the excitation current. In the embodiment, holes 21, 22, 23 are used as signal generators.
are provided, whereby the photosensors 24, 25, 2
6, a pulse signal is generated, but the present invention is not limited to this, and any device that generates pulses, such as a magnet and a Hall element, may be used.
