  1. おむつカバーに装着されて腰部及び尻部を覆う
    クツシヨン材からなり、そのクツシヨン材の前記
    腰部又は尻部に発生した褥瘡に対面する部分又は
    褥瘡が発生し易い好発部に対面する部分に凹陥部
    を設け、その凹陥部によつて前記褥瘡又はその好
    発部に作用する圧力を除圧することを特徴とする
    おむつカバー用除圧具。
