  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 頂面を被加熱鋼材支持面としてスキツドパイ
    プに取り付けられるスキツドボタンにおいて、 頂面側の上部ブロツクと、それを担持する下部
    ブロツクとからなり、 上部ブロツクは、Ｃｒ６０〜９５重量％、およ
    びＷ：１０重量％以下、Ｍｏ：１０重量以下、Ｎ
    ｂ：１０重量％以下、Ｔａ：１０重量％以下、Ｈ
    ｆ：１０重量％以下、Ｃｏ：１０重量％以下、Ｎ
    ｉ：１０重量％以下、Ｔｉ：１０重量％以下、希
    土類元素：１０重量％以下、Ａｌ：１０重量％以
    下、Ｖ：１０重量％以下、Ｍｎ：１０重量％以下
    の群から選ばれる１種ないし２種以上の元素を含
    有し、０．８重量％以下のＣおよび５重量％以下
    のＳｉの混在が許容され、残部は実質的にＦｅで
    ある化学組成を有すると共に、融点１６００℃以
    上、平均結晶粒径５０μｍ以上であるＣｒ−Ｆｅ
    合金のブロツク、下部ブロツクは耐熱鋳造合金の
    ブロツクであつて、 上部ブロツクと下部ブロツクとは、互いの重ね
    合せ面の一方の側に形成された雄ねじと他方の側
    に形成された雌ねじとのねじ嵌合により連結され
    ていることを特徴とする加熱炉用スキツドボタン
    。 ２ 上部ブロツクと下部ブロツクとの重ね合せ面
    間に断熱材層が介装されていることを特徴とする
    請求項１に記載の加熱炉用スキツドボタン。
