Problems to be solved by the invention As mentioned above, in the conventional belt press type filtration device, the liquid to be treated is directly compressed and filtered between a pair of endless filter cloths that run opposite each other. Since the filter cloth is easily clogged, it is necessary to constantly wash it with high-pressure water, etc., which makes the equipment complicated and requires treatment of the washing water.
In addition, it is necessary to select a filter cloth depending on the properties such as the particle size of the liquid to be treated, but some types of filter cloth may not be strong enough to be used continuously in the form of an endless belt. There are many problems that need to be solved, such as the difficulty of increasing work efficiency.

The endless belts 1 and 2 are made of fiber sheets 9 and 10.
It has the function of supporting the fiber sheets 9 and 10 and compressing and filtering the liquid to be treated between the two fiber sheets 9 and 10, and can be made of highly water-permeable, high-strength, corrosion-resistant material such as wire mesh or thick coarse woven fabric. Preferably, also the facing surface 1
The distance between a and 2a is set so that it gradually decreases from the top to the bottom as described above, but it can be adjusted depending on various conditions such as the properties of the liquid to be treated. It is set up so that they can be in close contact with each other. Furthermore, although the endless belts 1 and 2 are inclined in FIG. 1, they may be installed at any angle from horizontal to vertical as necessary, and the running route may be set arbitrarily as necessary. For example, the opposing surfaces 1a and 2a may be bent.

In the filtration device configured as described above, the liquid to be treated 17 is continuously transferred from the liquid to be treated storage tank 15 through the liquid feed port 16 between the two fiber sheets 9 and 10 at the upper ends of the endless belts 1 and 2. The fed liquid 17 to be treated is sandwiched between the fiber sheets 9 and 10 and advances downward, and is supported by support rollers 3 and 4 to form endless belts 1 and 2 whose distance gradually decreases.
It is gradually squeezed by the opposing surfaces 1a and 2a, filtered, and separated into solid and liquid, and the filtrate 18 is discharged from the lower end while being sandwiched between the fiber sheets 9 and 10. The discharged filter dregs 18 can be disposed of by incineration or dumping while being sandwiched between the fiber sheets.

Effects of the invention In the belt press type filtration device of the invention, two fiber sheets are used as filter media, and compression and filtration are performed while supported by a pair of endless belts between them, and the filter dregs are sandwiched between the fiber sheets. Since the filter material can be disposed of by incineration, dumping, etc., any filter material with high water absorption can be selected depending on the properties of the liquid to be treated, there is no need for cleaning, etc., and the handling of filter slag is easy. It is easy to use, and when the filter dregs are earth and sand, the compaction phenomenon when dumped progresses quickly due to the water absorption action of the fiber sheet, which has a special effect. Suitable for filtering liquids to be treated.
