The present invention involves forming an arbitrary uneven pattern by embossing on a thin metal plate having a decorative coating or a decorative film made of film, and applying a three-dimensional effect enhancer to this uneven pattern to create a mechanical uneven pattern. The present invention relates to a three-dimensional effect enhancing device that can easily add a visual three-dimensional effect by color and continuously produce a decorative thin metal plate having a deeper uneven pattern surface. In general, thin metal sheets, particularly organic coated steel sheets, fluorine resin coated steel sheets, and vinyl chloride steel sheets, are being used for a wide variety of purposes. This is because this type of steel sheet has excellent workability and design, as well as durability. Recently, the demand has shifted to steel sheets that have enhanced fashionability by adding three-dimensional effects, two-tone colors, etc. to the flat surface of the steel sheet. As a steel plate that can handle this, for example, a steel plate (flat plate) is passed between upper and lower metal rolls with an uneven pattern engraved on the outer circumferential surface, and an uneven pattern is formed by embossing to form an uneven pattern on the steel plate. Steel plates are commercially available. However, when these steel plates were subjected to a salt spray test (JIS-Z-2371), rust and peeling of the paint film were observed in the bent portions after 500 to 1000 hours. In addition, when observing the surface of this type of steel sheet under 30x magnification, it can be seen that some of the coating film has peeled off and become wrinkled, scratched, cracked, or thinned at the bent parts of concave and convex parts. or cracks were occurring. This is because the embossing line is not suitable. Furthermore, simply adding two-tone color or the like to the decorative surface has the disadvantage that it lacks the ability to visually enhance the fashionability and three-dimensional effect. In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention softens the decorative film of the steel sheet during embossing to exhibit ductility, thereby eliminating peeling, wrinkles, scratches, and cracks in the decorative film, and making it easy to prevent residual strain during embossing. The three-dimensional effect enhancer is mechanically applied to at least the sloped surface (side surface) of the convex pattern of the uneven pattern from only one direction at an acute angle with respect to the decorative surface. This paper proposes a three-dimensional effect enhancement device for makeup surfaces that easily adds a visual three-dimensional effect to enhance the three-dimensional effect, and makes colors function more like shadows to create an unprecedented three-dimensional effect. It is. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A device for enhancing the three-dimensional effect of a decorative surface (hereinafter simply referred to as an enhancement device) according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing an example of the structure of the above-mentioned apparatus. Reference numeral 1 denotes a thin metal plate feeding unit (hereinafter simply referred to as the feeding unit), which is composed of an uncoiler 2 and a pinch roller 3, and is used to feed a flat metal thin plate wound into a coil (decorative coatings such as decorative coatings, decorative films, etc.). This is for attaching A) and constantly feeding it to the loop portion 4 without strain. The loop section 4 controls the speed difference and deviation that occur when transferring the thin metal plate A (hereinafter simply referred to as a coil) after the heater section 5 in the next process by loosening the coil A, and also This functions to prevent a large impact from being applied to the coil A being fed. The heater section 5 includes a pinch roller 6 that also serves as a guide and a heater 7, and the pinch roller 6 that also serves as a guide includes upper and lower rollers 6a and 6.
b holds the coil A only at the start of the line, and thereafter feeds the coil A to the heater 7 as a mere guide roller. In addition, the heater 7 is a decorative coating on the coil A, which is essentially the coil A itself.
It softens the decorative film by heating it to 30-60°C, and prevents the decorative film from peeling off from the steel plate, cracking, scratching, or cracking during embossing. The heating method is one of a hot air method, an open flame method, and a hot wire method. A pinch roller 8 feeds the coil A to the embossing roll 9 at a predetermined speed, and also functions as a brake against the movement of the coil A during embossing. Emboss roll 9
The coil A is formed by forming a pattern consisting of male and female uneven parts on the outer peripheral surface and by engaging the lower rolls 9a and 9b.
The upper and lower rolls 9a and 9b are provided with an arbitrary uneven pattern, for example, the uneven patterns B and C shown in FIG.
It is determined by the height of the coil A and the thickness of the coil A. 10 is coil A embossed with a leveler
This is to correct the residual strain existing in the upper rollers 10a 1 , 10a 2 , 10a 3 , ... 10a o (up to 10a 3 is shown in FIG. 3), the lower rollers 10b 1 , 10b 2 ,
10b 3 ,...10b o (Figure 3 shows up to 10b 4 )
upper roller group 1.
The gap G between roller group 0a and lower roller group 10b can be adjusted. 11 is a tensioning pinch roller that rotates faster than the embossing roll 9;
The coil A is passed through the steps of an embossing roll 9 and a leveler 10 in a stretched state (under tension). 12 is a masking film applicator (hereinafter simply referred to as a film applicator) which uses a roll coater and a brush to coat the top of the convex pattern C of the concave and convex patterns B and C of the concave and convex patterns shown in FIG. 2 a and b. A masking film D for masking only the surface is applied, such as paint or film. 13 is a three-dimensional effect enhancer coating machine (hereinafter simply referred to as a coating machine)
Using paint, film, etc., the three-dimensional effect enhancer E is applied from only one direction of the concave and convex patterns B and C, and the shapes shown in Figure 4 a-
At least one type of film-like, dot-like, or linear form is applied only to the surfaces that collide with the three-dimensional effect enhancer E at the tops of the concave patterns B and convex patterns C and the side surfaces of the convex patterns C as shown in c, and the angle θ (0 to 90°) of the coating machine 13 and the concavity,
Depending on the shape and depth of the convex patterns B and C and the moving speed of the coil A, shading, etc., which functions as a shadow is formed according to the purpose, enhancing the three-dimensional effect, and depending on the viewing direction, concave or convex patterns can be formed. It is formed so as to create the illusion that B and C appear to be reversed. In addition,
As this type of apparatus, one of a spray gun, a roll coater, and a curtain flow coater is used. 14
Remove the masking film D on the top surface of the convex pattern C with a wiping machine.
and three-dimensional effect enhancer E are wiped off to expose the decorative coating film of coil A. The wiping machine 14 gradually removes the masking film D and the three-dimensional effect enhancer E by arranging multiple stages (only one stage is shown in the figure) in parallel.
It is used to wipe away. In addition, the wiping machine 14
are the wiping roller 14a and the back-up roller 1.
4b, a doctor blade 14c, and a feed roller 14d that supplies a solvent F such as petroleum, water, thinner, etc. to the wiping roller 14a. 15, dry the concave and convex patterns B and the top surface of the convex pattern C on the C side in a drying oven, and add the three-dimensional effect enhancer E.
It is dried or baked. Next, the operation of the reinforcing device according to the present invention will be described. First, the flat coil A mounted on the feeding section 1 is fed to the loop section 4 via the pinch roller 3. At this time, even if the coil A is pulled by the pinch roller 3, since a brake device (not shown) is attached to the uncoiler 2,
Coil A is to be fed into loop section 4 under a certain permissible tension. The coil A is then sent from the loop section 4 to the heater section 5 via the pinch roller 6 which also serves as a guide, to the heater 7, where it is heated to about 30 to 60 degrees Celsius to soften the decorative film, and then sent to the pinch roller 8. Ru. Note that the pinch roller 6 that also serves as a guide functions as a pinch roller until the coil A is stabilized on the pinch roller 8, and thereafter functions as a mere guide roller. Next, the coil A sent out from the pinch roller 8 is fed to the embossing roll 9, and a continuous embossed pattern consisting of a concave pattern B and a convex pattern C is formed on the coil A, for example, as shown in Fig. 2 a and b. It is formed by At this time, the embossing is performed with tension being applied to the coil A. Then, the coil A sent out from the embossing roll 9 is corrected by a leveler 10 to remove residual strain caused during embossing while being stretched between the embossing roll 9 and the tensioning pinch roller 11, and sent to the coating machine 12. It is something that is provided. Note that the force relationship between the pinch roller 8 and the tensioning pinch roller 11 with respect to the coil A is based on the rotation of the embossing roll 9, and the rotation of the pinch roller 8 is slow, and the tensioning pinch roller 11 is slow.
Set the rotation speed to be fast, and with coil A in tension, embossing and concave and convex patterns B and C are performed.
The coil A is flattened as a whole without destroying the coil A, and residual strain is removed. As a result, the coil A will no longer form a mountain shape in the above-mentioned area, twist and move, or flap at the entrance of the embossing roll 9, and will not shift during embossing and the pattern will become unclear or double. This will prevent you from getting caught. Further, since the leveler 10 is in a state where tension is applied in one direction, the coil A can be easily flattened as described above, and residual strain can be easily released. Of course, the tension within the above range is within the range of force that does not change the embossed pattern. Further, the film applicator 12 applies a masking material film that can be easily wiped off to the top surface of the convex pattern C. Next, the coil A sent out from the film applicator 12 is coated with a decorative film and the concentration is coated by the applicator 13.
A three-dimensional effect enhancer E having at least one of hue and saturation is applied to the entire surfaces of the concave and convex patterns B and C using a spray gun so as to face the traveling direction of the coil A at an angle of 45° as shown in Fig. 4. It is applied and adhered as shown in a to c. Of course, at this time, the distribution of the three-dimensional effect enhancer E in each part of the concave pattern B and the convex pattern C may be uniform, non-uniform, a mixed distribution, or a distribution in which the density gradually changes.
The coil A having such an uneven decorative surface is then fed to a wiping machine 14, where the three-dimensional effect enhancer E and the masking film D applied to the top surface of the convex pattern C are wiped off. The decorative coating film A is exposed and sent to a drying oven 15, where the three-dimensional effect enhancer E is dried or baked. Example A colored galvanized iron plate (JIS-G-3312) with a plate thickness of 0.27 mm was used as the coil A, and the temperature of the heater 7 was 10 to 80.
℃, the embossing depth is 0.9 mm, and the ratio of concave pattern B to convex pattern C is 1:1.
The embossing speed was 18 m/min. Further, the speed difference between the pinch roller 8 and the tensioning pinch roller 11 was about 3%. In addition, a water-based paint was applied as the masking film D, and a paint made of a black alkyd resin as the three-dimensional effect promoter E was applied with a spray gun, and the coating was preheated at 90°C for 5 minutes in the drying oven 15, and then at 100°C for 1 minute. Burnt. Of course, the masking film D and the three-dimensional effect enhancer E on the top surface of the convex pattern C were wiped off, and the three-dimensional effect enhancer E was baked onto the test piece. The paint for coil A is white and uses alkyd resin as a vehicle. Then, when the temperature of the surface of the coil A, the so-called temperature of the decorative film (in this case, the paint film) is changed from 0 to 80°C, the decorative film peels off, cracks, cracks, etc.
The state of shrinkage ◯◯ and flaw ◯◯ is shown in a line graph in Fig. 5. In addition, the coil A sent out from the leveler 10
The flatness and degree of residual strain (Pekotsuki) were visually observed. In addition, the inspection method is (1)
The apparent number of Pekotsuki existing per 1 meter of coil A, (2) the distribution state of Pekotsuki, (3) the height difference of Pekotsuki (bottom and top surfaces of the designed irregularities and the actual bottom and top surfaces) (4) Observations regarding the overall appearance are shown. Furthermore, (5) the three-dimensional effect of the concave and convex patterns B and C is visually observed when the coil A is propped up in the direction of travel and in the opposite direction. Comparative example Coil A as described above was embossed in the previous process, and then the so-called concave,
A paint with a color different from that of the coil was applied with a spray gun from directly above the convex patterns B and C, and after drying, a test piece was prepared.

[Table] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the reinforcing device according to the present invention.
Leveler 10 depending on the distribution ratio of concave and convex patterns B and C
It is possible to increase the number of roller stages, to arrange the distribution of the concave and convex patterns B and C so that they spread out from the center, and to distribute the concave and convex patterns B and C only over a certain width. Furthermore, if the coil A is a cut plate, it can be manufactured in the same way in a process subsequent to the heater section 5, and a curtain flow coater can also be used. Further, the top surface of the convex pattern C of the concave and convex patterns B and C can be made into a mirror surface, a matte surface, or an inclined surface as shown in FIG. Alternatively, a magnifying glass or a video camera may be placed at the position indicated by the dashed line in FIG. 1 to monitor the decorative coating film formed by embossing. In addition, as shown in FIG.
For example, apply at any angle from 0 to 90 degrees,
As shown in figure b, the three-dimensional effect enhancer E can be applied at any angle from both sides in the direction of movement during double-width molding to give directionality to the distribution of the three-dimensional effect enhancer E. . In addition, in the case of double width, it is necessary to provide a masking part at the center of the coil A to prevent the three-dimensional effect enhancers E from colliding with each other at the center of the coil A. As described above, according to the reinforcing device of the present invention, there is no change in the force applied to the coil in the embossing zone, and embossing can be performed under constant tension at all times, so the embossed pattern does not shift during processing and beautiful unevenness is created. Can form a shape pattern. Because the decorative film is heated to make it soft enough for embossing, the decorative film may peel off from the steel plate during embossing, or the decorative film may wrinkle, crack, scratch, or crack. Without,
It can form beautiful cosmetic coatings with excellent weather resistance, scratch resistance, and chemical resistance. The residual strain caused by the distortion formed by embossing can be easily and sufficiently removed by correction under tension, and a concavo-convex pattern with no flattening and full of three-dimensional effect can be formed. The lines are arranged in a straight line, and the process uses a flow that does not apply unreasonable force to the coil, allowing for smooth embossing. Embossing is performed by heating the coil, so it is not affected by the work environment even if the line is not kept at a constant temperature. The straight line allows for embossing at high temperatures. The top surface of the convex pattern of the concave-convex pattern is made into a highly reflective surface, and at least the sides of the convex pattern are coated with a three-dimensional effect enhancer that functions like a shadow.
Furthermore, the visual enhancement provided by the three-dimensional effect enhancer makes it possible to exhibit an unprecedented three-dimensional effect and depth. The three-dimensional effect enhancer can be easily applied after the uneven pattern surface is formed. It has the following characteristics.
