    状に形成されたフアンシユラウドにおいて、該フ
    アンシユラウドの内周に径方向での動きが可能な
    ように支承され、かつ弾性体により中心方向に付
    勢された複数のフラツプからなることを特徴とす
    るフアンシユラウド装置。
