Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 炉内に配置した温度センサにより炉温を検出す
ると共に該温度センサの検出出力に応じて炉温を
制御するようにした熱処理炉において、 一端が閉口した細長い保護管であつて該一端か
ら他端に向けて互いに平行に延長する複数の孔又
は溝からなる複数の温度センサ挿入路を有するも
のを前記他端が炉外に連通した状態で炉内に配置
し、 前記複数の温度センサ挿入路のうち１つのもの
は前記温度センサを挿入配置するのに使用し且つ
他の１つのものは前記温度センサを校正する際に
比較基準となる炉温を測定するための基準温度セ
ンサを挿入するのに使用することを特徴とする熱
処理炉。
