Claims (1)
- １又は複数の穴を有する上蓋と、ばねを有する
下蓋とを用いて、試料を挾み込むことにより該試
料を固定し、上記上蓋の有する穴から試料表面を
露出させる試料固定装置に於いて、上記試料と上
記下蓋との間に位置し、上記下蓋の有するばねの
通る穴を有する固定板を設けたことを特徴とする
試料固定装置。
