電力合成回路を示す図である。 図において、１は変形ブランチライン３ｄＢカ
ツプラ、２はダイオード、３はコンデンサ、４は
チヨークコイル、５，６はバイアス端子、７，８
は入力端子、９，１０は出力端子、１１はバイア
ス電圧、１２，１３はＲＦアンプ、１４は終端器
、１５はＲＦ出力を示す。なお、図中、同一符号
は同一、または相当部分を示す。

- 高周波回路に使用するマイクロストリツプ線路
形のブランチライン３ｄＢカツプラにおいて分岐
線路に直列にダイオードを接続し、これをＯＮ／
ＯＦＦ制御することで本来のブランチラインの特
性と単なる通過線路に切換えることを特徴とする
ブランチライン形スイツチ。
