からなり、音響的に結合した複数の共振素子を配
置した圧電基板を、端子ピンが植設された基板に
搭載した表面弾性波多重モードフイルタにおいて
、表面弾性波共振素子のインターデジタル電極を
接続する導体パターンと接続される端子ピンを具
えることを特徴とする表面弾性波多重モードフイ
ルタ。 (2) インターデジタル電極とそれを挟む反射器
からなり、音響的に結合した複数の共振素子を配
置した圧電基板を、端子ピンが植設された基板に
搭載し、配線基板に取りつけられる表面弾性波多
重モードフイルタにおいて、表面弾性波共振素子
のインターデジタル電極を接続する導体パターン
と接続された端子ピンを具え、その端子ピンが基
板に取りつけられるインピーダンス素子と接続さ
れることを特徴とする表面弾性波多重モードフイ
ルタ。 (3) インピーダンス素子がコンデンサであり、
